two times table - practise makes perfect
Start at the top and work your way down. Read them out one at a time.. two times one equals 'two', two times two equals 'four' and so on. Write them down so they begin to look familiar - do this ten times! Repetition is a great way to learn, so why not put aside some time each day? It may also be helpful to print out the times table grid to keep in your pocket whilst you are learning. By the twelve times table, the grid has all the answers from one to twelve, and this could be kept in your pocket until you are confident you know all the answers!
To find an answer from the grid you can use the numbers down the left hand side (in green) and across the top (in blue). Some example sheets are below and the numbers are colour-coded to help!
